I must be getting old.
One of my interior room photo is slightly blurred. I must have shaked my hand a bit.
Hope Lender won't ask me to retake it.
Has a reviewer ever requested for a clearer photo? It's not the important rooms like kitchen or bathrooms.

Don't you look at your photos at least before you leave the site. I check every photo after I take it and also do a quick review of my photos before I leave the site.

I think that room was rather dark and it was further away and my flash may not have reached down the room.

No that couldn't be it. The dark garage came out clear with my flash.
It must be evil spirits in that blurred photo.

Kinda 1 bad photo out of 12 photos?
Somehow a MLS interior photo, or asked the owner or realtor to take that picture ended up my report.
We get to the minutia not being perfect, well make it so.
When you can't take a picture of a comp, you are allowed to use a MLS photo.

Sometime the flash is holding a second to long and you moved the camera. I have had that blurry photo. Gotta remember to hold it still till you see the flash.

They would ask for a blur if a person was in the photo.

Blurred photos are often the of a missing ANSI statement that affects the software, I read that on the internet.

Perhaps your phone (if you don't use a real camera) altered the exposure time. Anything less than 1/60th or so will often blur unless you are rock steady.

I was thinking of using MLS photo.
I know I shouldn't but really, would the reviewer care? Or Fannie?
