I took your suggestion and darkened the photo. It looked less blurry or at least looked better. Thanks. So you saw the room, anywhere on the appraisal says you personally had to take that photo. You actually did take a photo, but just not being able to use it, you use the next best photo. This is a minutia item in the report. You perfectionist can drive back, i choose the alternative method. If the photo isn't too blurry i will put in it, never had a problem. Try darkening it, makes it look less blurry.
“Lighten up, Francis!”Don't you look at your photos at least before you leave the site. I check every photo after I take it and also do a quick review of my photos before I leave the site.
just label and it why you used it.I was thinking of using MLS photo.
I know I shouldn't but really, would the reviewer care? Or Fannie?
It's Fernando. No reason to "lighten up" since Fernando craves the attention“Lighten up, Francis!”
Glancing at a photo on your phone (what I use for multi-family homes) can be a lot different when transferred to your software. Yes, on occasion it has happened to me.
I took the photo so I was in the room. I have no problem with getting the MLS photo or asking someone else to send me a better photo. No fraud.
I have had the same problem and the Lender did comment on it. I used MLS photos to support my blurred ones and explained it was a medical condition.I must be getting old.
One of my interior room photo is slightly blurred. I must have shaked my hand a bit.
Hope Lender won't ask me to retake it.
Has a reviewer ever requested for a clearer photo? It's not the important rooms like kitchen or bathrooms.
Report passed with no problem. No problem with my blurred photo. Reviewer probably looked through the report really fast. Also didn't notice my MLS photo I used. Thank goodness.I have had the same problem and the Lender did comment on it. I used MLS photos to support my blurred ones and explained it was a medical condition.
