Nonetheless, the original poster might simply offer to create and provide a product akin to what appraisers do, and do appraisals that are fully-USPAP-compliant and seemingly abbreviated in such a manner of data gathered, analysis done, information presented and conclusions rendered about any certain address-of-interest.......and do that following a defined S.o.W. that this (realty office) client accepts and to that end still enables Laurie to actually have an experience of providing a credible product that ALSO allows for an earned profit to come from her efforts.
If the S.o.W. to be done.....and the fee you are to receive......do NOT settle well within YOUR mind and gut.....consider letting those other persons do their BPO's (as appraisers) and you take the high(er) road. Thank the client for making you the offer and invite them to call you back later if they want.....an appraisal.
