Here is a link to the 1,136 page version of the Senate financial reform bill as presented by Senator Dodd. Try reading and comprehending it and see if it doesn't answer some of your concerns. If it doesn't, I suggest you contact your Senators with your concerns and recommendations.

So, where is page 1522 in this 1136 page version?
Or in the 1408 page full text available off a link on Wiki?
Where exactly does the amendment apply and what is the context of the amendment in regards to page 1522 between lines #6 & #7?
You are advocating supporting an amendment out of context. I say context matters. How am I the whiner/complainer and "part of the problem" or is everyone who disagrees with you or comprehends something different automatically somebody who can't understand, just a whiner, and complainer and "part of the problem"?
I stated that without access to the bill in its entirety that the amendment was written for I question the context and whether or not it addresses a real problem or just creates additional loopholes. As far as I know from the context of the amendment only it could be adding unnecessary text in order to dilute that section of the bill and create loopholes for any situation not covered in the amendment as the Casey Appraisal Amendment seems quite specific in what it attempts to cover therefore I am suspicious when looking at it out of context and only the over 1522 page bill addressed in the amendment is sufficient context without some frame of reference of where that could potentially be in the original 1136 page draft version.
