I am doing a condo appraisal in Borough Park, Brooklyn. I have recent sales from geo data and MLS public records but I do not have interior characteristics of the comparables, condo project name or the condo fee's. This is a new project and other similar condos do not have the GLA of the units on public records. How can I proceed. Please help, is anyone familiar with this area or have access to another research tool?

Try ACRIS and streeteasy. ACRIS should have the condo declaration online.

Also, NY specific questions should be posted in the New York subforum.

Thank you for your help, I am not that familiar with navigating the site yet and this appeared to be the correct forum.
