Yep! Don Coyote I am not....tired of tilting at windmills. I can't change it so I won't. Actually, I have a good working relationship with most builders because I am on the VA new construction panel. Have built a large library of builder files, ie, price lists, marketing brochures, floor plans, etc. Very large segment of my work.
