Thanks for the input, especially Terrell's thought about speaking with the state environmental agency. Should be a data and link motherload. I am looking for regulatory information as well as economic implcations. Everyone seems to have the same concerns and conclusions. If anyone would be interested, I would be happy to report back any findings I get from this research. Any additional info would be appreciated in the meantime.
