I must admit, sometimes I do get a valid request to re-examine something I included in a report, that makes me question my original thinking.

i.e., if one checks 25 - 75 % built-up, that does not automatically mean that the present land use would necessarily fall into the same % built-up, Correct?

In this instance my % of present land use totalled 85%, with 15% being vacant.

vacant or undeveloped / unable to be developed?

Thanks Mile High....

Vacant land [available to be developed], is that any Clearer?

in my mind, the [1004 form] presents the information accurately, as in % built-up for the neighborhood as defined by the market boundaries for each subject property, but to me, the % of land use does not specifically correlate to the % of built-up.

I've always thought of build up a reference to the subdivision's stage of development.

The neighborhood OTOH might be juxapositioned against a park or other public area, and thus the neighborhood would be maybe 50% homes and 50% public areas
