Hey AF-
Completed an assignment on a home built in 1968.. was a 3 Br-2 Bath.. now a 4 Br/ 2.1..in an area that is increasing where demand is high.. homes are being somewhat or fully remodeled due to the age.
This subject has been I would say about 3/4 remodeled... remodeled kitchen and baths.. added a half bath. converted garage to make a new Master Br/Bath.. added a new 2 car att. gar. the rest of the home is the original plans.
Any thoughts?

If not virtually all as new it's C3, describe in detail of course, the remodeling done vs what is original.

C3 per the Fannie Mae definition.

It's Unanimous!! I love it.. I'm just glad we have this Forum for fellow appraisers.. God Bless AF..
