I renewed my on the easier 2 year USPAP cycle and yeah $1,030 ouch. Probably won't use it but figured I'd renew to see what things looked like in another 2 years. Imagine what the fee will be in 2 years since the stupid BREA is self funded right ? Almost all appraisers by 2 years will move on.What incredible incompetency. Well, I guess I should not be surprised., You would think for $1,030.00; they would know how to operate the two most promoent web browsers out there.
Maybe not they just lay off one employee at a time until none are needed.The more appraiser's drop out, the higher the fees will go
