They just move them to a different agency. When OREA was first opened over 50% of their employees were broght over from the DMV . Remember you dont have to be licnesed to work in many positions and even the New Director is not a Licensed Appraiser and She came out of some other Non-Real Estate Social Agency.

The fees for broker renewal is cheaper, longer than two years, and CE much cheaper. It makes me wanna cry as an appraiser.

99% of Bidens appointee's have no experience in the departments they are heading. It's all political payback to friends and loyal party members.

Ben Carson expertise was in Medicine. He must hated his expert specialty and dabble into something new.

Bed Carson is a Neurosurgeon with a higher IQ than everyone in Bidens Cabinet combined so if you want to compare apples to apples, and cabinet members without experience in the field they were appointed to I would take Bed Carson all day over anyone you can name, most of whom never did a anything worth a damn in their careers let alone saved any lives.

Used firefox. Full renewal application submitted online on 05/30 and just got updated it in the system on 05/31. It seems flawless process to me.
