Hi Guys,

I’m a licensed appraiser for the state of California who’s looking for a licensed/certified appraiser who can show me on a weekend the business and the theory side of the real estate appraisal market.

The reason why, I’m from Canada and 95% of my experience comes from Canada. I got my appraisal licence back in February but I didn’t really have the chance to really learn how it works in America.

I’m willing to pay 100$ for a weekend of training to teach or coach me.

I'm located in the Inland Empire (Rancho Cucamonga).

Any help would be wonderful!

Thank you

PS: I'm Canadian and we add the money sign at the end of the amount ex: 100$ sorry for the mistake

Really !!!

I'm curious what exactly you need help with. The criteria for getting a license includes accruing the BREA-approved qualifying education hours and the requisite experience requirements - one of which is the submission of a log of experience wherein all reports must comply with USPAP including the work samples the BREA selects from your log for their review.

If you were able to qualify for an AL-level license and have already held that license since 02/22/2019 then what else are you looking for now?
