Hi Mike,
Did not like the sales available and therefore went on the ISI Tax Records by township, section and block numbers. I found about 5-6 land sales. Some were of tax acquisition sales. Your thought came to my mind. I did go to the assessor's web site to check pictures of the sites. However, no luck.
