Calypso continuing education

Just took one on FHA. About the same as McKissock and cheaper. I've taken a lot from McKissock over the years, but their cost is far higher. For example Mckissock wanted 139 for the FHA, and I got it for 89 through Calypso. It was decent. Mckissock is going to have to drop their prices. Far too high! When it costs 430 to take 4 courses that's getting ridiculous. Next term I will probably take them from the local Tech school for 49 a course.

Worth the fee, similar content to McKissock.

I just took the FHA Site Inspection course and it is as good as any other. I had a promotion code, so it only cost $75. I intend to take a couple more courses and of course, I have lost the code. Does anybody have it?

I recently took one of the Calypso courses, it was good value for the money. I have never taken a McKissock course due to the cost but I have taken Appraisal University online courses and the Calypso course is similar.

Say what you want...COST is the driving factor for CE classes. Especially for on line classes.

For classroom CE COST and DISTANCE are the 2 big factors. This is a fact from a survey I saw from NAR some years back.

The discount code for Calypso is CALYPSO1130. It will save you $14 per course off the regular price of $89.
