I would rather people make donations as opposed to auctioning off her camera. Hate to miss her photos from the road.

.

I just spoke to Smokey and she is trying to find a Vet in Lake City, FL.

Most Vets require 1/2 payment upfront for surgery and this surgery will cost around $1,000.

I will send her what I can, which isn't much. And I will put her camera up on Ebay this afternoon. There isn't much else she can do at this point.

Thanks to all that have made donations. There is a special place in heaven for you!

Does anyone have the specifics of the problem?

Also, what was the paypal link?

Thanks

Apparently, Smokey has one valuable cat.

And that cat, at present, is lucky to belong to Smokey.

Best of luck to both of you, I hope it all works out just fine.

Smokey is back in the hospital under observation, he wasnt peeing again. So he is now at a vet ,"Companion Animal Hospital" in Live Oaks, Fl.
Won't know till tomorrow or so, if he will need surgery.

You can go to paypal.com and follow directions to send donations.

Click on "Send Money" it will ask for the email address to send it to, so enter cynthia@pokeybus.com.

Or you could call hospital directly 386-362-1556, or you can send me a check and I can deposit into her account.

Thank you to all concerned about our Appraiser and her family!

Thanks for the information. Any word if surgery is needed?

Smokeybear the cat was released from the hosptial this morning without having to have surgery this time. So his bill was under $300.

He has to have fluids administered 3 times a day to keep the crystals from blocking up again.

Big Smokey will probably be hitting the road tomorrow.

Sounds painful for the poor cat. Good to hear it was not worse.

Thanks for keeping us updated.
