Depending upon state law, a boat slip may be considered to be real property or personal property so ???? who can appraise it may depend upon its contributory value, and your state law regarding CR limits. In my state pretty much anything under $250,000 is game for anyone with a license.Wouldn't ONE, single boat slip, being an extension of a single-family property be considered part of that property or have a Highest and Best Use to be a part of, or an extension of, a proximate single-family property?
