I'd also like to know if the appraiser was supplied with the inspection report and at what point in the process did this occur.
Even if after the fact if an inspection report existed that addressed all the appraisers concerns it should have been forwarded to him from the lender and a comment and revision requested. Did this happen? And if so, why would the appraiser override this inspection report if it point blank addressed the issue at hand?
