Didnt' write em - just agree with 'em. Common Sense - check with Insurance Co. - in event conversion included electrical - not to code - which causes fire - unless separate rider in policy for illegal uses per muni.code - Insurance Policy may NOT pay..... SHOULD the fire spread to adjacent properties causing damage and/or injury/death..........guess who is liable. No reputable Lender will or should accept that liability - knowingly. Nor should any consumer. p.s. ......it happens.:icon_idea: (my edit)
