Really irritating. They just posted a "solution" and I've done it on my computer to verify that it worked. Unfortunately it involves wiping your browsing history / cookies / etc. I didn't have a choice if I wanted to access the VA site from my main browser, but it's an inconvenience to lose the window history and have to re-login to all website I visit again. How to Fix ID.me Looping Problem - PART2
JULIE NORRIS
1/23/2020

Approximately Jan. 18th, a problem started for some users where ID.me takes them back to the LGY Hub home page after they enter their 6-digit code that was sent, but they are not logged in. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
The AccessVA team determined that one way to fix the problem is to clear your browser cookies. Here is how to do that for 3 main browsers:

For Chrome:
  1. Click the 3 vertical dots on the upper right of browser
  2. Click History, then History
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data
  4. Check the box Cookies and other site data
  5. Click Clear Data
  6. Test to see if LGY Hub logon works
  7. If those steps did not work, then close Chrome and when opening Chrome again, right-click on the Chrome icon and then click New Incognito Window.
  8. Test LGY Hub logon again
For IE
  1. Click the Gear in the top right corner of the browser
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. In Browsing History section, Click Delete¿
  4. Check the box Cookies and website data
  5. Click Delete
  6. Test to see if LGY Hub logon works
  7. If those steps did not work, then close IE and when you open a new IE browser, right-click on the IE icon and then click New InPrivate Window
Edge
  1. Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top-right of the browser
  2. Click History
  3. Click Clear History
  4. Check the box Cookies and website saved data
  5. Click Clear
  6. Test the LGY Hub logon
  7. If those steps did not work, then close Edge and when you open a new Edge browser, right-click on the Edge icon and then click New Private Window

The LGY Hub main page isn't even coming up. Can't log in until it resolves.

I'm glad I downloaded the 1805s this morning. I still have a few final inspections to upload to the portal.

When asked about the identification process of exactly who this information(personal information to include social security numbers) would be shared with and who would have access you can not get a definitive, straight answer. One reply is generic in the sense of don't be ridiculous, your information is not being shared. Another reply that point blank asks if anyone other than the VA will be shared this information provides the answer of I don't know, that's not my department. I'm not IT. Just wow.
