Anyone got a good recommend to get my last 7 hr before licensing?

Ft Smith better than LR due to expense but I was looking at the AI course on Cap rates being offered at the end of May.. Anyone going?

BTW, has anyone got their bill yet from the state board? I haven't.

I see Reinold is offering his "Basic Appraisal Procedures “A" - 15 Hrs CE"
in June, that should be right up your alley, and its in Russellville to boot.:icon_mrgreen:


No bill from the board yet, and I'm not looking forward to it.

Its just one full fee appraisal (two for us), but....

I know of several already who have gone by the way side, wonder just how many don't renew this time around?
