I'm not sure where to post this. I know the old forum had a calendar but don't know if this one does.
In Harrisburg, PA on 4/26/02 there will be an appraisal seminar that provides 7 hours of credit for AI designated members, 7 hours for Penna state real estate broker's license and 5 hours for Penna state appraiser's certification. The course is entitled "Cap Theory and Techniques, A Complete Review" and is being co-sponsored by the Greater Phila Realty Board School and the Central PA Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
