A broker that I ran into the other day asked me if I knew of anyone that could appraise a cemetery. He has a client that needs an appraisal done, the subject is in NC.

Also, does anyone know of any golf courses for sale.

Im not appraising anything. The cemetery is I think a For profit one.
This is for a Realtor I know, he was wondering if I knew anyone.
