Certified staff appraiser (156 or 153) wanted - Schaumburg, IL

Evantis is an integrated provider of mortgage and other ancillary products.
Evantis recently received 4.5 million dollars in venture capital to launch a
revolutionary new business model.

We currently have a need for a CERTIFIED (156 or 153 license required)
appraiser for our offices in Schaumburg, IL. Our current workload is 40 or
more appraisals per month, and we expect that number to steadily increase.
Approximately 10-15% are FHA appraisals, so FHA certification is a big plus.
We will consider a 154 appraiser as long as they can adequately prove that they
will acheive their 156 license by September 30, 2003.

We offer a generous split fee, full benefits, career growth and a positive work

Interested candidates can apply through one of the following methods:

fax: 877.873.2956 - attn. Daniel Townsend
email: [email protected]
phone: (847) 517-7823

I forgot to add that this position is for the newly created appraisal company that will be wholly owned by Evantis, but run separately. You will be the senior staff appraiser, and will be responsible for appraising and hiring/training 157's as the need arises.
