Our team needs another ambitious certified appraiser to join Forsythe Appraisals as a staff appraiser in our Oak Creek office. We’re looking for an organized, customer service oriented appraiser capable of quick turn-times. This is a full-time position with health benefits offered. Applicants will be screened for ability, personality, drive and ethics. We cover; Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Waukesha, & Walworth counties (including southern areas of Washington & Ozaukee counties). Please fax resume and copy of license to 414.856.0487 or to Karen.kilman@milwaukee.forsytheappraisals.com

How long has Forsythe had an office in the Milwaukee area? As you are looking for a certified appraiser, what is your experience as you are not certified but licensed according to your profile? What do you mean by "quick" turn times?

I guess I need to update my profile. I am a certified residential appraiser in Wisconsin. Our office is in Oak Creek. We just moved offices from Franklin to be closer to the expressway - easy on-off exists. We have 6 appraisers in the office including myself. Three of us are certified. Forsythe Appraisals has been in the area for over 7 years. Forsythe Appraisals, LLC has 37 branches nationwide and has been in business for 69 years. Feel free to check us out on the web @ www.forsytheappraisals.com

Quick-turn times means 24 hour turn-times. If you're out at an appointment today, we need the report in by 10am the next day so that the client can receive it by the end of business day after it goes through our QC department.

Considering that nearly half the appraisals I have assisted on in the last 6 months or so required 20-40 hours of work I can't how I could meet your turn around times without forgoing sleep or something, especially since 7pm appointment one day with a due in time of 10am the next morning and assuming 8 hours of sleep is only 7 effective hours (or 1 business hour) and by my way of thinking unreasonable, so I too would have to say "no" based on what I see in your definitions. I don't consider AMC 24 hr turnaround times to be reasonable and from what I have heard they typically mean literally 8 business hours, aka a 7pm appointment would not be due at 10am the next day but rather 10am the day after allowing the appraiser at least one full 8 hour workday.
