I am a certified general appraiser with over thirty (30) years experience. I also hold experience and qualifications in to additional appraisal disciplines (personal property and business). In addition to the commercial & industrial appraisal services I offer in my home state (Indiana). I also provide machinery & equipment appraisal, technical specialty appraisals, business appraisals, and cost segregation studies, on a national basis.
I am getting prepared for a direct marketing campaign planned for the latter part of this year (2024). This will be the first direct marketing campaign I have undertaken in close to a decade. In the past, such campaigns have proven worthwhile.
This time around, my geographical focus will include the immediate surrounding states to Indiana (Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin). I will also be working on Colorado and Florida. My product focus will be my non-realty appraisal & consulting services. My preferred client focus will be mainly non-lender sources / intended users (accountants, attorneys, et cetera).
Although real estate appraisals will not be the focus of my marketing. I have found that when marketing non-realty appraisal services, inquiries for real estate appraisal services to arise. So, I would like to identify qualified commercial & industrial appraisers within those geographical areas who are available for sub-contract and referral opportunities for non-lender oriented assignments.
