Fellow CG appraisers I am looking to study for the General Certified Exam. I used compucram to study for the Licensed Appraiser exam, which I passed the first time. I did feel like compucram helped me review certain basic topics. I am looking for something similar in design of test taking with the correct answers provided for wrong answers, but more challenging in topics. I am looking at purchasing Gary DeWeese's material for MAI Exam Prep, that would be the next step after CG and seems to help a lot of people. Let me know if anyone knows of anything like this? Or what you have done to pass the test.

Thanks!

I assume you are well beyond this point, but the thing I did that I felt helped me the most was to take my last income approach class from the AI as close to when I planned on sitting for the exam as possible. I did a bunch of review on my own, as well, but that was the thing that gave me the most confidence taking the state exam. That was a long time ago, so I have no idea if that would be as helpful as it was at that time.
