When the great recession occured is when the Lady I discussed retired. I think her daughter still does brokerage/appraisal/building.

Her husband was agent and tried appraisal. He said "no way". LOL

Maybe OP should email TAF on her concerns.
 
Do you have any kind of minority position in your background OP?

Include that if you do. Women are a minority. Whatever you got on prohibited basis on discriminatory basis. Use it.
 
It is true that women are discriminated against in pay in the workforce. Don't get me going.
 
Why do you think I give J Grant so much favor? She is a woman.

The ECOA prohibits discrimination in credit transactions based on

  • race or color.
  • national origin.
  • religion.
  • sex.
  • marital status.
  • age.*
  • applicant's receipt of income from a public assistance program.
  • applicant's exercise, in good faith, of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
*Age is a prohibited factor provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a contract.

Why would Govt need to get involved in discriminatory practices if lenders weren't doing it? Why would Govt bail them out?

The young white male is only unprotected class. If you don't fit in that category OP, use what you can with PAREA.
