Certified General Wanted - Michigan

I am located in Southeast Michigan and I cover Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, and Washtenaw counties; I am constantly receiving calls and requests from lenders/clients and many private client requests for commercial appraisals. I only have my Certified Residential license and I am trying to find someone to partner with to complete these orders. 1099 non-exclusive agreement, with a very favorable fee split, in addition to teaching me this side of the business.
