Thanks..I had read that and im still very confused.

I had a question on an exam asking to choose one of the following and I can't seem to find the correct answer anywhere.

What is a 'certified property evaluator'? Who certifies them?

i haven't seen that in the pa state appraiser rules and regulation book, it might be very new. why not call the pa board.

Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator. CPE

Required to be an assessor. I have one for being a commercial hearing officer.
