Chase Bank

These stories about a bank like Chase not paying is very unusual to me. Did they have any issues with the appraisal? Or did they order and accept the appraisal without saying anything and then not pay?

No, actually, it is usually just slow payment. It happens all the time with VA LGI or SAPP (liquidation appraisals). They order them, want them back the next day, and often take months of hounding to ever receive payment, whenever they do pay . JPMorganChase and OCWEN are the world leaders in slow payment of VA cases.

I did a Liquidation Appraisal for JPMorgan Chase Bank - that was six months ago and never got paid. Over and over I call their offices and no one will direct me to their accounting department. I am warning you all...never do a liquidation for Chase Bank if you want to get paid. I even asked them to direct me to their legal department, they wouldn't.
Send a copy of the VA Assignment 26-1805-1 alonf with your W-9 and a copy of the invoice to the VA RLC and Chasae bank. VA is supposed to assist in collections.
