Chicken farms next to a house - impact value?

You guys are describing the entire town of Clayton, TX... only it's not chickens - it's cattle.

My family raised confinement hogs for over 30 years, so I started at about 10 years old doing some work in there and we finished when I was 43. We had the typical small cattle feedlots too, enough for 25 or 30 head. I travelled through the Texas Panhandle once and was stunned at the size of those cattle feedlots. That can't be fun to live next to.

Kansas and Texas has some feedlots with several 1,000 head. Pretty ripe alright.
