Church Owned Property

Is it being used as a rental? Just another question to ask.

I've even seen Houses of Worship own adjacent apartment buildings as well.
 
I call them a church property and if they demand I change it to "house of worship" ....they can pay for the change.
 
Sounds like appraising the Zion Ranch...LOL.
