They are looking for general public stooges to go into houses and do 3d photos like you see some realtors do a 3d tour in the MLS. Then the 3d tour goes to a desk appraiser who they probably pay $125 to write the report. While they charge full price for said appraisal. What a trash company.

Class used to be OK...They are just like all the other fee shopper quacks out there.

Got an email yesterday from something called Lender Allies, they cc'd all 88 appraisers in my area on the same email, fee shopping. You would be surprised the number of goober appraisers that clicked 'reply to all' with their $400 fee for an assignment that is an hour drive...for everyone to see who the low ballers are...along with 'have a great weekend'. ...like, it didn't even occur to them what what going on?
I clicked 'reply to all' as well, but typed a little something different than my fee.
