The subject neighborhood had white teslas in the driveways, and there was an abundance of central americans working on white liberals lawns. The amount of tasteful white owned mansions indicated that there were no poor people in this neighborhood. The neighborhood had a lack of homeless and zombies.

I've had reports kicked back asking why I didn't mention the school down the street and if it has any affect blah, blah, blah, so I have to waste my time pointing out that I can no longer use the word "school" without being accused of potential bias. They never really did give us any guidance on locations near schools or "houses of worship" which is another forbidden term after church was banned, without it getting flagged for bias.

Then they'll come back wanting a description of what kind of institutional use and how does it affect the marketability of the subject and do any of the comparables share the same external influence to bracket the subject and on and on and on . I liked it better back when common terms were just that, common terms, that hadn't gotten all twisted up in some bureaucrat's bonnet with their woke theory degree.

All you have to do is detail the external influence such as "institutional use with heavier than normal traffic on Wednesdays and Sundays" or "between the hours of 8 AM-3:30 PM" will get your point across.
