What if you have a very large parcel of many acres?
Are you supposed to survey it all by air for sinkholes and other environmental problems?

Some of us frequently make similar comments on page 1 about earthquakes, land slides, and tsunamis, and end the comment with, "if the intended user of the report has concerns, a qualified expert should be consulted."

Underwriter to refer to the kitchen picture. They put a hole in the counter for the sink, so I cannot state that the subject does not have any sinkholes.
