Anyway, to my shame, I am one of those guys Hummel states as an under-mentored, under-prepared, appraiser having broke into the whole thing earlier this decade. About the only thing I did right was not allow myself to be pushed around (pressured), I just do not respond well to that sort of thing, I am altogether too combative.
