Sorry David, it does not.
It shoots for applying text book and industry standard methodology in conjunction with real world experiences. No one expects any candidate to produce a demo that has all the data and methods nicely calibrated because we all know it can't be done. No more than paired sales in the real world vs. what's illustrated in most appraisal textbooks.
What is expected is that appraiser demonstrate proper analysis techniques, application, methodology, etc., to a real life circumstance and write a well supported and compelling appraisal report.
Much like what most appraisers SHOULD be doing in their everyday practice.
