hello fellow appraisers,

I did an FHA appraisal a few weeks ago and the lender is requesting a cert for completions on reapairs on a 1004D form. Is this ok? I thought we had to do this on the CIR form. Or could it be that this lender has to be educated?

Yup. The client is in error. They need the CIR.
