....except that agents/facilitators (or whoever puts such deals together) takes fees for their efforts. We don't treat a Realtor's commission as a concession - it's a fee for service.
Right, that's certainly the counter argument that has me spun around. Is this a typical realtors fee though or is this a developer padding the sales price and also lucking out on the seller not catching it.
