Has anybody done any homes in the $1,000,000 range ($950,000) in the general Seabrook area, that may not have been posted on the MLS?
Mine is approx. 6,000 - 6,500 sq. ft. waterfront (canal), Tuscany Estates Homes in Taylor Lake Shores, under construction. Actually about seven years old, but gutted and completely redone inside and out. Not much info yet, not even plans and specs, but it is going to be a rush when it is done, sometime next week.
