Condo 1073 Form - What is Density?

On my report I would have entered 3.40 units per acre (16 divided by 4.7 acres).

Heres what FHA wants in the section:

Enter density classification as shown in zoning or other public records for unit per acre, i.e. low density may be town houses or garden style projects; high density may be mid-rise or high-rise projects.

Wow. That's good to know. All these years I have knocked myself out trying to figure out the total acreage of some of these projects and yet, all along, there was a simple, legitimate way to answer this part of the form just by looking at the zoning. You just shave as much as a half an hour from some of my reports. Thanks Rex.
