Condo Cost Approach?

FTR, I knew ahead of time my client's lender wanted the CA, but found out after receiving the order that it was a detached condo. The HO swore it wasn't a condo, and everything I have said it was.

This is a client I want to keep, he never pushes me to "make value", it's always COD, he doesn't bug me for status reports (though, as a courtesy, I keep him updated). I'll do it, and not charge extra, because I want to work with him again. And I did know ahead of time, sort of. :glare:
