I checked permits online and don't see any updates recorded so I'm safe to say same condition same as before.
Then again almost every updates to kitchen and bathrooms rarely do owners take out a permit. I call that unpermitted and can't warrant the construction.

By the way last year, I accidentally accepted an exterior for $170. Caught me on a bad day but I'm honorable guy.
Since then, I'd been bombarded with these $170 orders. Leave me alone. Fool me once....

There's an assumption this is not the case. Pretty sure it is an ordinary assumption.
