All Complex Info (the sold,active,rented,owner occupied) is always per HOA or Management Company, not public records (unless the report is due an hour ago and it's 7pm and you just need numbers to plug in to ship it, than use public record to find units with mailing address different than unit for rentals." That's the same place they get their condo questionnaire filled out from, management/HOA.
