That is correct. Only 1 family lives in a Condo(at least that is the intent,,,illegal "imigrants" don't count).

I did one a couple of years ago where there were 3 sets of tenants...all un-related and working three different shifts. Owner was aware of the situation too and was charging higher than normal rents. Can you say..."wet"?

Seen some here in a premium school district rented to 5 different families @ at 1/2 market rent and no one lived there. A landlord's dream.:Eyecrazy:

Just use the 1007 form thats the correct one.
