Maybe this one?

OK Don good start now lets have the Plat.
I do see a land assessment but I do not see a site size listed.

So far this information is not sufficient for me to make a determination nor would it be in my market.

I am intrigued about the land assessment and the short legal. lets see that plat.

Next time you attempt humor why not use an "emote" then the rest of us can have a reasonable chance at discerning your intent. If you are ignorant of the rules and usage of the forum I believe they are posted on the site here. Because there was no emote used I took it as a personal attack. So if it truely was meant as humor then no forgivness is necessary. If it was not then I do not forgive you and would like a moderator to address the personal attack.

Frederick,

My comment was indeed intended to be humorous. :rof: I have nothing to gain from attacking anyone. I am aware of the rules and useage of this forum. However, I have accepted your implication that I am not and have just perused them again. I found no specific instruction to use an "emote" when making a joke but will do my best to do so in the future. My apologies to the forum for communicating with Frederick in this manner. I am afraid I am ignorant as to how to PM him. Perhaps someone can instruct me... Thank you!

Yeah, Curt, use the freaking emoticons. You don't want to Ruffell any feathers.

I have too many other things I'm working on to babysit here, so all of you please make an attempt to not insult each other, intentionally or not.

No emoticon used because I'm serious.

Ruffell feathers was a humorous and creative play on words. Far less offensive than being called 'ignorant'.

Don't make me come over there.

So is the use of the word "Ignorant" as I defined now considered an insult? What are we supposed to do, use a 1st grade vocabulary? PLEASE!

So now Don I think we would need to see a preliminary title report, and get in touch with te assessor for an explanation of the land assessment.
