Condo with a permitted ADU

And if you have a mortgage you have to now change your lot size with an interior flagpole lot for access to the unit, or a right of way. Adu nside the dwelling, now becomes 2 condos.

List all the ways that most adu will not be worth the expense change, or the paper work to convert you lot paperwork.

Sell your adu, gotta refi your current mortgage, because it aint the same lot you mortgaged.
 
In which case, it's no longer an ADU.
I am not sure what they will call it. But for now they are still calling it an ADU. I think it would have something like a condo ownership where they just own the use of the dwelling. But again, not sure.
