Condominium Questionnaire

Got ya! Yes, it is a PITA and I only do it on rare occasions. It does get very frustrating

Generally I let the client know when I get the assignment, that I need this information either from a questionnaire or the property mgmt. company. This often holds up the report being completed and sent to the client, but this is out of my control. I've had it take 2-3 weeks before I've been given a questionnaire. That, too, is very frustrating.

I wish the banks/lenders would understand that this should be ordered when they receive the green light from their borrower that they want to proceed with the loan. Maybe one day they'll get it

I work in a area that the majority of condos are faction rentals. If they are managed by Wynndham resorts they refuse to answer any questions what so ever. I have had to get info from prior appraisals when the condo was managed by someone else or another appraiser. Complete jerks. What do you want to know that for.
