Let's all send 600 dollars to CFC, and we can pay off 1% of the debt that got us in this mess in the first place.

They should have just given the money to a couple of promising up and coming businesses and let them expand out our economy to offset the mortgage sector.

Or better yet, let's all cash the checks and then destroy the cash, hence reducing our money supply and re-strengthening the dollar against the .68 cents worth of Euro it can buy.

How come no one has mentioned this also including Fannie raising the limit for Jumbo Loans to $729,750? Will this mean more work for us?

It will and it won't. More work for the people who don't work with the lenders that customarily do the larger loans...less work for the few that did the large loans for those institutions that now have to compete with fannie for the bizness.
