I'm starting to email my ACI reports and notice that some of my clients can open my ACI attachments and some cannot. I need to know how to convert a regular ACI report to a PDF file.

IT IS a piece of cake, even Arkies can do it.

FRom main menu --click <PRINT>
click <PRINT TO ADOBE PDF>

a menu will come up with the file name --if that is what you want click <SAVE>, if not give it what # you want.

another menu will come up asking what pages and how many copies

CHECK the pages you want and # of copies.

You can save that "scheme" for later, or start over each time.

Thats all there is to it. The file should be in the ACI PDF folder.

The pages should then be available for viewing in Adobe viewer automaticly.

Use your favorite E-mail to send as an attachment(I use Eudora and it usually defaults to the ACI PDF folder for the PDF file #.

Brad:
You can go to the top of the AppraisersForum screen, click on "search" and tell it to search the ACI Forum section for "PDF." You will get a number of posts about PDF, some of which may also be of help to you.

Also, be sure you are using Adobe Writer so you have security control over your work.
